Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

Our Commitment to You

At Amazonas Foods, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know. We will work with you to promptly provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through AmazonasFoods.com.


Food Items

Due to food safety regulations, food products cannot be returned for resale. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, expired, missing items, or incorrect, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging, when applicable

In some cases, we may request that the item be discarded rather than returned.

Because many of our products are specialty and international food items, we recommend first-time customers purchase a single unit to try before ordering larger quantities or multipacks. Individual taste preferences and product familiarity may vary, and opened food items cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue or order error.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on the part of Amazonas Foods.


Non-Food Items

Unused and unopened non-food items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To return a non-food item:

  1. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Securely package the item.
  3. Contact our customer service team so we can provide return instructions and arrange the return process.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and contact us regarding the original item.


Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery may be subject to additional shipping charges or partial refunds.
